My wife & I came here for a quiet getaway but instead faced a lot of hassle & ruckus. 1. Before leaving the room, you have to instruct the house-keeping guys to clean the room, etc before you head out or else they will not do it. This is a resort & room cleaning is a given. 2. The restaurant & kitchen were not clean & did not appear to uphold standards of hygiene. The food was also very okay & we ended up eating only on our first night here. 3. Some of the occupants here have no regards for privacy as they will just create a commotion at any hour of the day. One night my wife & I were fast asleep & we heard a couple of drunk folks ring our doorbell 2-3 times. I understand you're in Goa & you wanna have a blast but also at the same time value other peoples' privacy too 4. The laundry service was very mediocre here. They end up charging you a hefty fee for the laundry & you end up getting your clothes with some funky smell. 5. From a maintenance perspective, while the place is right at the beach with a decent view, the resort needs to ensure the beachside seating is kept clean. All in all, we were disappointed with our stay here as it took away our Goa experience, which we had been longing for.

We stayed here in starting of Feb. Rooms, location view and amenities provided are apt for comfortable stay. Need to improve their room service. Morning tea coffee not available as staff is not available at early morning hours. Good point is Breakfast and other meals were freshly prepared and hygiene is well maintained as visible in kitchen. Housekeeping staff is doing there job well but must learn how to interact with guests. Stay is definitely recommended for views, peace and absorbing the enormity of sea at doorstep but do not go with much expectation. Stay will be pleasant.

The place looks nice but they have really bad service! Even the food is below average! If you call and ask for something you most likely have to go to reception to get it yourself. The bedsheets were also a bit stained and not too clean. The place has a good view of sunset from the property but thats the only good thing here

Place is good and location is also prime. Although few points where lots of improvement needed: 1. No proper parking space. 2. Breakfast option is limited and not well planned. 3. Door locks are pain to lock. This needs to be addressed asap. Pros: 1. Location is just next to a beach. 2. Cleanliness is good. 3. Environment is good. 4. View is great. Place has a lots of potential to grow. Just needs to be well managed.
