I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The service throughout my visit was excellent and very prompt. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and well prepared. The staff members were extremely polite, supportive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to the service staff — Vinod, Shubham, Shahid, Mrinmoy, and Subojit — for their great hospitality and quick service. I would also like to thank the kitchen staff, especially Prakash, for the tasty meals. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I truly appreciate the team's efforts. 😊

We vacationed with friends and our families at a very nice hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and kind people 👍 Sameer Patel, Shabbier Ansari, and Ashok are amazing guys. I highly recommend staying here. The food is delicious, and the rooms are cleaned every day. I will definitely come back here again. If you want it more formal, more casual, or styled like a hotel review, just tell me 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Continent. It truly offers comfort at an affordable price, making it a great value-for-money choice. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The swimming pool was well maintained, and it was a great place to relax. The breakfast spread was good with a nice variety to start the day. We also tried the food at the hotel, and it was really delicious. A special mention to Pooja, Sameer, Bhargav for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so smooth and memorable. Their efforts really made a difference. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. 😊

Very very pathetic experience... don't know where to start Beds were queen size whereas it was mentioned as king bed Rooms had dampness on walls and rooms smelled Room phone wasn't working Hotel doesnt have lift No kitchen service post 10 PM - not at all recommended for families with small kids The one and only saviour was the breakfast spread and the staff serving the same. They were courteous and when they came to know about our experience, they went extra mile to make us feel better. In any case, we booked hotel due to Sarovar Portico in the name. But later realized it's an affiliate... Sarovar Portico should have some better protocols to ensure a bare minimum standard of service

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Continental. It is one of the best hotels I have visited. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Amit and Manmoi for their excellent service, kindness, and hospitality. They truly made my experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.
