I especially loved the serene balcony views and cozy ambiance—it made our mornings and evenings so peaceful. The location is fantastic—just minutes away from Vagator Beach. Our stay was extremely disappointing. We had booked a basement room, but it turned out to be pathetic and unhygienic. When we requested an upgrade, the hotel quoted almost double the price. Shockingly, when we checked online, the upgraded rooms were listed at a much lower rate than what we had already paid for the basement room. This felt completely unfair and misleading. Overall, it was a very bad experience — the hotel is clearly overcharging and taking advantage of guests. Definitely not recommended.
