I had one of the worst experiences during my stay here. I hv booked three rooms and in all the rooms had a severe ceiling problem — water was constantly dripping from the walls and ceiling, making it uncomfortable and unsafe. Despite raising the issue multiple times, the hotel staff kept switching between agreeing and denying the problem, without taking any real action to resolve it. The overall maintenance of the property is very poor. Moisture was visible across the walls, creating a damp and unhealthy environment. The staff was uncooperative and difficult to deal with — neither helpful nor professional in addressing our concerns. Such conditions are not acceptable, especially for a place claiming to offer a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

worst experience... don't ever plan to this hotel.. we payed payment for 2 days but still we vacated the hotel in one night.. full fungus moist on floor slippery, water dripping on walls insects... worst experience..

The experience at Citrus prime goa left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. # Ruby was very nice and elegant she is always ready for assisting and providing service. I hope next time I came I see her there. THANK YOU 🙏😊

My recent stay at Citrus prime was truly exceptional. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and all the attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful especially #Rubi , going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with a wide range of options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend Citrus prime goa for its excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations."
