The hotel rooms are very nice and clean. The staff takes care of the guests like family members. They clean the rooms on time. In the morning, they bring you a delicious breakfast with hot coffee. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, well-furnished, and had a cozy charm that instantly made us feel at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, complimentary water, and perfectly working air-conditioning — essential for the Goan heat! The location is simply unbeatable — just a short walk to Calangute Beach, restaurants, and local markets, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The in-house facilities, including the pool, were clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay special was the attentiveness of the staff. They were always ready to help with recommendations, transportation, or just a friendly chat, making us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Overall, Mayfield Hotel offers a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The ambience was absolutely lovely, with such a welcoming and relaxing vibe. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. Truly a great combination of atmosphere and taste. Compliments to the team for creating such a memorable experience!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning & we also enjoyed tasty dinner at Night. Mr. Bunty sir is very helpful & careful person. Overall experience was very good. We love to come next time here.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay was so horrible I had to warn others. The hotel was infested with pests—I spotted cockroaches crawling around the room and even near the bed. It was absolutely revolting. The entire room stank of something foul and moldy, like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bed spreads , towels and the room was not sanitized. The bed and the AC was infested with molds, dust and pests. The bathroom was even worse—filthy, and an unbearable smell that made it impossible to even take a look. To top it all off, the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Any concerns raised were either brushed off or met with hostility. There was zero professionalism or courtesy. The owner is unresponsive and least bothered about guests. It’s a shame that they don’t have the courtesy to even address the situation. The management was very insensitive towards women and kids. If I had an option to review without deleting the starts . I would not prefer to give one star . This place is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
