Worst housekeeping experience! They do not provide basic toiletries on time...I couldn't get a daily requirements as good as water bottle/shampoo/blanket on time!! The only thing good here is the hotel building..! Management at its worst!

Room was very nice neat and clean. House keeping service also good. But we had mixed experience because of breakfast service tea is not provided in room first day as promised on reception. Second day it was more terrible we were calling and roaming around but there was no one to tell anything about Breakfast or tea since time was 8 30 but there was only crows at breakfast place no prepration done as chef was absent as informed by staff not even tea was there at breakfast place. Tea is very important for Indians specially parents which should be there in room at single call within minutes this will make us rate you 5 star and bf time is 8 30 which is still late but it's 9 30 and there is no breakfast. Also told thrice to repair exhaust fan but no action. Staff is politile and humble everything is good but please take care of extra water bottle and tea and breakfast timing. Only puri bhaji was in option don't add complimentary bf just for name sake it ruin image experience hotel ratings. I stayed with parents and they were not so happy with bf service in 301 for 3 nights booked from treebo Also hotel number provided by treebo was not reachable I wanted early check-in but had to call many times treebo customer care to take alternate number. Location is ok service is fine rooms and pool are good but break fast and tea disappointed. Over-all nice experience and I would definitely recommend but don't expect hotel like service thanks treebo thanks aqua.

We stayed there for 4 days in January 2024 and the experience was not up to the mark. Rooms were full of cockroaches and they serve just one item in breakfast while calling it a “buffet”. Please do your research wisely before booking this hotel.

Room are of large size and well maintained. Breakfast options are not very good.

Staying here on 23-24th may 2024 staying with my family. The rooms are good but the service staff is constantly asking for tips, finally I had to tick him off. 2 service boys came at 9.40am to followup for checkout and the manager said it's 10 am. However while booking through the treebo app it shows 11 am. Also no food bills were for dinner was shown or provided. A strong feedback to owner / treebo to upgrade staff and manager quality. In the long run, word of mouth will spoil your property.
