I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Crown and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and very helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth.

Very Disappointing SERVICE for Tourist industry . Hotel photos on your web site are very deceiving. Rooms were not ready to stay in .in arrival. As foreign tourists management jad no interest in assisting with getting a porter to help with luggage ... we had to call on Manager to Complain the bad state of uncleaned bathroom bad smell bathrooms. ,Linen not changed.extremrly bad smell odor in hallway.. Tip ....i have learnt .Before making any payments go &check the conditions of your room stay &Hotel . I will never return to this place.

Rooms very great! Service folks were very accommodating too! This hotel is situated in mall so food isn't really an issue. Sure they don't serve tea or coffee but it's enough if you're looking for a stay. A bit pricey but worth it (considering the day of the event)!

I received first class service from arrival to departure. The excellent location of the hotel is a big plus point. The facilities were excellent and the view from my room was spectacular. ❤️

Do not stay here. This place is unacceptable. There are cockroaches, no hot water, and workers sleep in the hallway on mattresses at night. The ceiling has a hole, it’s dirty, there are no windows, and the air feels suffocating. No one speaks English, so it’s impossible to communicate. I tried to ask for a refund, but they didn’t understand me. Avoid this place at all costs.
