“Clean hotel, noisy corridors ” The room and bathroom was clean but basic, okay for 1 night, 20 min from airport. Linen had lint, towels too should be replaced. Breakfast was good. But a lot of noise enters the room from the gap below the door, we could not sleep well.... The hotel should put a door strip for sound insulation below all doors. Carpet in the corridors will also help to a certain extent.

The location of the hotel is very far from the city centre. It is near Sabarmati ashram, railway station and all, but it becomes very difficult if you want to do shopping, or go to the city. The rooms are good, spacious, not that clean, okay decent. The service is also okay. At a certain point I thought they were dumb, likeFor instance, we had ordered two coffees and two teas, they served us one coffee and one tea and then after some time they came with another coffee and tea. Like it made no sense. The first time we let it go, but every time we ordered something, they served like that, and I really thought it was dumb. Also, no one came for daily cleaning of the room. The food quality was okayish, but reasonable price so that’s one good thing. The manager is not an amiable person. He has no knowledge of how the app works but if any issue occurs he tells on your face to just deal it through the app. He should study the workings of it first. Secondly, he was very rude to me. When I am showing him through my phone what the app says he is literally dodging me and asking irrelevant questions. Very ill mannered, from that moment onwards I made sure I did not deal with him. Plus, before booking the room, we had told him before hand that we will be reaching earlier than the check in time. So he had told me that if you pay the amount and lock the room, we can arrange it. But, once the payment was done and we went in the next day he made us sit there for hours, arguing, talking rudely, disagreeing to what he said. These people talk one thing before payment and one thing after payment. But yeah, throughout Gujarat it’s the same issue. If you have any questions, any issue, they won’t help you out, they won’t answer your questions, instead show attitude. You receive no help from the ones who are responsible to provide you with some.

Hotel is located at a very prime location close to a metro station, Support staff and hotel members are very co-operative and alert in handling concerns of the guests. Room service/cleanliness/Food quality is absolutely worth the stay and I would look forward to stay ahead as well whenever I will visit next to ahemdabad, Gujarat. Keep up the Good Work 💯
