Best hotel with best services & good staff. Good services by sunny kumar. Location is good as it is nearby airport & located it on transport nagar. Food are really very nice & services is very frequent.

The overall experience was good. Mr Sunny Kumar was very cooperative and his hospitality is good and tells how much they value the customer. Overall stay was good and breakfast was also good. Also rooms are good

I recently stayed at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Lucknow, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The rooms are quite small, and the front desk staff is not supportive at all. The condition of the rooms is poor, with noticeable cracks on the walls. The chairs are very bad and dirty, making the overall experience even worse. The electricity situation is also unreliable, with power outages lasting for hours at times. Room service was average, but overall, the hotel failed to meet expectations. Last month, I stayed at the Holiday Inn, which was a far superior experience with spacious rooms and excellent service. Lemon Tree Hotel does not live up to its name. When you enter the rooms, you’ll notice cracks on the walls and dirty, worn-out furniture. I would not recommend this hotel—there are much better options available in Lucknow.

It location is very good. A great stay. Staff is supportive specially sunny Kumar he has taken the responsibilities of check out and helped. A great place to come back again.
