Food - Exceptional Room - Great. Has all amenities. Requires slightly better maintenance. Service - Exceptional Overall extremely satisfied. Our room had a nice hill view too! Can't expect more at this price.

We had a peaceful family stay.Morning started with a tasty,healthy and wide variety of breakfast. Location is a plus point.Backside we have Nexus Mall(walkable distance). We were so happy with the stay that we booked the room again while returning from ooty just to make ourselves comfortable for yet another long journey.

Ridiculous service from Treebo I wanted 2 rooms (5 people - 4 adults and a kid 9 years old) for an overnight stay. I saw on their website that check in was at 12 pm and checkout at 1 pm. I had a clear request for a delayed checkout on one of the rooms (intention was to leave the luggage in one room and travel the city. Return to the room and freshen up and checkout) and I was sure if I made my room reservations via their website or app they wouldn’t entertain my request for delayed checkout I promptly called the customer care and put this request, their executive told me they’d charge me 50% if I extended my stay until 5pm. I told I’d checkout 1 room and retain one for luggage and freshening up (just a matter of 4 hours). The executive agreed to provide me this late checkout and helped me book the rooms (2), yesterday I called them back today, to confirm if my late checkout ask was being honoured, a new customer care executive spoke and said they can’t provide me late checkout. If you can’t respect a request be clear upfront else no one will trust you.

We had a great stay at hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. All required room facilities are available. Breakfast was complimentary. Both veg north and south Indian food is available. Eating outside didn't come to our mind as food was delicious. Staffs are very helpful and polite. It is a good hotel for families. It is safe and secure. Location of hotel is good. Behind the hotel there is a mall. Hotel has a travel desk that provides site tour. Auto and taxi is easily available outside of hotel. Overall, we found everything perfect and value for money.

Ive stayed twice across 2 years. Good location. Great service. Above average cleanliness, that can be improved further. Good sized rooms. Reasonably priced. Very good food - tasty and delivered fast. My go-to-budget hotel in Mysore. Rooms have all useful amenities. Hotel has an elevator. Ample parking space. Very helpful guard too. TV, geyser, mini fridge, safe locker, cloth hangers, electric kettle, study table, central AC, etc. are present. Common area of each floor has RO water dispenser available and wifi is available. Though wifi service can be better.
