It is a good hotel for business stay. Rooms and bathroom are small but clean. Lobby area is beautiful. Food is good and location is within accessible area. Service is excellent. My wife forgot her mobile and staff kept it safe to collect. Well done and excellent job. So, fit for purpose hotel for quick stay within budget costs. A bit more focused improvement on maintenance and breakfast will make it more worthwhile. Go for it if a few compromises are ok for you against attractive pricing, location and service.

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel Panjim for 9 days and 8 nights, and I had a wonderful experience throughout my stay. This was my third time staying here, and the consistency in service and hospitality is truly impressive. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities including a mini refrigerator, TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and a kettle for hot water and coffee. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, which made the stay even more relaxing. Its location is also very convenient, especially because it is close to the riverside area in Panjim where the boat cruises operate. The food served at the hotel was delicious every single time. What made the experience even better was the hotel staff — everyone was polite, cheerful, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Simran, Natasha, Pardeep, Nizahu, Abhinav, Vikas, and Sandipan for making the stay memorable with their excellent hospitality and warm attitude. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again during my future visits to Goa. Highly recommended!

Hotel Ginger Goa is a good hotel overall. The rooms are clean, the ambience is nice, and the service is also good. The staff is polite and helpful. However, there was a major issue with the Wi-Fi. It was not working during my stay. I informed the staff several times, and they said they were working on it, but the issue was never resolved. In today’s time, reliable Wi-Fi is very important, especially for work. The hotel should take this issue seriously. If the Wi-Fi problem is fixed, the overall experience would be much better.

Staff are excellent and very helpful, particularly Subela and Raushani on the reception desk who helped when we had problems with our rooms. Unfortunately, we had to move rooms 4 times in our first 24 hours before we found a room that was okay (1st room smelt damp, had marks on bed sheets and a resident lizard, 2nd and 4th room the AC units were having electrical problems and repeatedly stopped working). When we finally found a room that was suitable, our stay was very good. Free WiFi is good and water pressure in the showers is excellent.

Service was very good. All the staffs are very helpful and kind and cooperative. Specially nilaapu is very humble and very helpful. All the staffs deserves special appreciation for resolving any issues within few minutes. Kudos to all the staffs of this hotel. Sandeepal is also very helpful and cooperative.
