This hotel is a brilliant stay not too far from Jaipur attractions. The hotel is slightly dated but rooms are kept clean. The gym area needs some attention as not kept clean. The food is average for breakfast and live dosa and uttapam and tea available. Overall the service is attentive and someone always on hand to help. As some of the rooms are facing the road it can be quite noisy due to traffic.

Sharing review only for restaurant. Worst staff. Very unwelcoming they served us old already made laccha paratha and even after asking them to change it they re heated it. The senior staff amon them was disgusting junior young servers were good and honest. I sincerely hope action should be taken against them. If they don't want to serve what are they doing

Lovely people, warm, kind service including a fantastic late check out on our last day. A cozy in-house restaurant sporting a decent breakfast buffet - Indian and Western options. We also tried the Calcutta Chinese one night - quite authentic! One strange thing was the weirdly loud disco music in the entrance foyer and lobby; perhaps it is meant to go with the vibe of the place.

I'm sharing my experience on the restaurant only and not the hotel stay. We were a large group & from our arrival itself we were provided with excellent service. As we were seated on the terrace I was skeptical about the service or the food being brought on time however we were pleasantly surprised when we were waited on by 3 staffs. The Special mocktails made for us were top-notch & the food was excellent. We were treated in the best way possible & all the variety of dishes were superb tasting. The only disappointment was the dessert but it did not ruin the day. I'm sure someone in management is doing all the right things for their staff to take care of their guests from the moment they walk in. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience at Zone by The Park in Jaipur! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch, and every detail was well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and the complimentary buffet breakfast was a great bonus. A special shoutout to Apinee, who was our host during breakfast—she was extremely warm, attentive, and made sure we had a great start to our day! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. Plus, the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Jaipur’s top attractions. I highly recommend Zone by The Park to anyone visiting Jaipur—great service, excellent food, and a perfect location!
