I found the hotel to be nice and clean. Plenty of hot water available 24/7. No South Indian channels available, but that's to be expected. Unfortunately the lunch and dinner buffets are almost same every day. However we went as part of a tour group and the hotel made a special chicken biriyani on the second evening. Many people thought it was too spicy, but I thought it was very tasty. Breakfast buffet is good, but unfortunately the South Indian items are not upto standard. There are also two notices offering a variety of eggs and dosas, on the two days I enquired about it they said nothing was available. If nothing is available why put the notices. Final point, some photos show a lot of complimentary items in the bathroom, but that doesn't happen anymore, there are only three items, but that is not a problem.

I was two days stayed in this hotel with my team. Full two days, The food was tasteless even a single food item.All vegetables they are using was Frozen. There was no fresh vegetables food.Rooms AC is not cooling properly.Service is also very slow. Worst experience, suggest not to stay here.

We had a really good experience with our stay at Jaipur and it all started with a good hotel service. Spree Jaipur team are very welcoming and accommodating they are pleasant to deal with and nothing is too hard/difficult for them. We were told gym was closed but with little help from the team we were able to complete our daily exercise routines. Staff are the making of this hotel as they are all approachable with smile on their face.

My parents had a lovely experience there. They were very happy, the staffs are very helping, especially there house keeping assistant Pawan Sir. The food was also great with a lot of variety. Definitely recommended

The rooms are neat and service is very good. The food is fantastic, they served both Breakfast and dinner. Even I checked-in at last night, they provided a exceptional service, they provided all necessary items in that late night. The location is good and had a good parking facility.
