Hygiene wise the room was pathetic. Dirty linen, blanket seemed like they did not bother changing them after the previous guests have left. There were dirty glasses with drinks left in the room. Towels were also extremely dirty. I forgot to take pictures of the washroom. It was pathetic and was way worse than a public toilet. In these times where the world is going through this Covid pandemic there was not a trace of basic hygiene being maintained at this hotel. I generally don't post such negative review but believe me it was pathetic. Not recommended at all.

Checked in 6th feb 2021 and faced multiple issues. 1. Delay in checkin and rooms were not ready and dirty. 2. Alcohal bottles lying on door at the time of checkin 3.service boy was fully drunk. 4.hotel manager or no senior person available to help us. 5. Within 1 hour I checked out hotel after Complaining to Goibibo from where I booked it. 6. Goibibo customer service helped me and arranged refund though don't trust goibibo rating of hotel, it's fake.

this Hotel Is located in a very Peaceful Area and I've stayed in this Hotel So Many Times and it's very good and it is best at this price range.. Very Polite Staffs and I have Talked to the Mr. Sanjay Gupta Sir and he manage everything for this Hotel and also for The Orion He is one of the Nicest and Kind Hearted person I've ever Met in my Life.. He is Very Generous and Polite.. talk to him before booking it and he will arrange everything for you and will provide you the Bestest Facility possible.

Worst hotel i ever visited the rooms quality is very bed wall of the room is not clean properly, both the 2 ac are very bad there is no switch for ac they are only for showoff, all the switches off the room are not cleaned properly, toilet seat was broken, romote of tv is not there, quality of bedsheet and pillow was worst, there is no handwash in the bathroom, the shower of bathroom was not working, door lock was bad, door lock was not working ........... I ruined my whole mood by watching this time of hotel i never expected this type of hotel inthat much of charges.. The hotel is just opposite with its name "the queen"

Third class hotel, uncleaned room and bed sheets, very cheap and poor staff. I never stay in this hotel if they provide rooms at free of cost, the room are like uncleaned railway platform. Highly discogsting
