Pathetic experience. I booked this hotel reading the reviews online but I was shocked seeing the difference in good reviews and very horrible experience.. staff was least bothered about the guest. Reception was smelling bad. They don't consider any special request. Building is not even painted properly and looks shady. Not sure how this hotel is any star rated. It seems one review is not going to change their overall fake good rating. So brace yourself with an unpleasant experience if you are going with this hotel.

Neat & clean service. Location is near the closest to the city tourist spots, markets & railway station. If you're not from here then it's a good safe place with good lodging

The Hotel is situated nearly 1-1.5km from Bus stand & Railway station and easily accessible by minimum fare from this benchmark. The hotel ambience is good located in very quiet place. The food of the hotel is very good as they offer limited items in breakfast plan. As compared to the rates they are offering the rooms are spacious but furtinure seems old and flouring is also not clean at corners hence not upto mark as compared to rates they are offering. Its preferable to book this hotel for range of 1200-1300.

Hotel people are very helpful and supportive when I asked early check-in and they people very humbly allowed me to check in would always recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay ,

Very unpleasant check out experience. Got to know about the extra charges which was already included in the package. Being the owner of the hotel rather then handling the situation started to blame us that we come to look for complimentary only!!! Staffs should be specific about the extra charges while guests order food. Appreciate the ma'am who took the order over the phone how nicely she explained about the extra charges and suggested for options. Front desk staffs and owner should really need to learn to handle customers if they have to work in hotel industry. Appreciate the food and the food servers. Very big communication gap among the staffs and the owner while he is not aware about the order. Please learn to be professional with your future guests. Thank you.
