I would have given less rating because the hotel wasn't well maintained. Rooms weren't clean when we visited but then the staff quickly took care of it. Also the new Manager Amarjeet is very professional and friendly. All other staff are also very supportive. The banquet hall is also spacious and good. There are things they need to improve but overall a great potential. The cook is good, food was great. In all the services, they have intent but need a touch of professional behaviour.

Hospitality is not so good. You ask them for water but they are not able to provide or on a favourable time. Even blink it deliever faster than then hotel staff.

Utterly bad and the rooms are not hygienic and I especially want to mention about the staff which is very awful so from reception to room i got irritated because of the unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist and then I entered the room a few minutes later I noticed that room flooring was broken so I told the staff about it and I got an answer sir you will sleep on the bed not on the floor it was vicious behaviour by receptionist and please don't believe on the photograph they are using on Google map the hotel is completely different and not up to the mark they need improve on every aspect like management,staff, cleaning etc....

Suggest stay only for a night to good for long stay. Less maintained rooms. Hotel entrance is good. Parking issue. Almost all Rooms are having issues with electric and other type of maintenance issue. Budget hotel. Suggest to book online as they offered less discount offline. Staff are good but staff are less so puzzled to handled more guest at a time.

Just stayed for 8 hrs. Room had no windows no outlet. For alone maybe it was okay. May not be okay with a partner.
