We had very bad experience with Hotel Goyal, Jaipur. We were a group of 38 tourists travelling with a travel agency from kolkata. On reaching the hotel we found the rooms infested with cockroaches. The bathrooms were very dirty. Sanitary ware were broken in some rooms and in others malfunctioning. Despite repeated requests the basic amenities were not provided. Behaviour of hotel staff was rude. Strongly advise prospective customers to avoid this hotel.

The pictures shown to us were completely different from the actual hotel. Also the staff was very unprofessional, even the basic necessities were not provided.

Today I have a visit to hotel goyal near Sindhi camp for a pleasant stay . But soon my plans changed to very disappointing .As I booked room things started bitterly. As receptionist who despite of greeting us, he was very much rampaged to us. Later Rooms bedsheets toilets were very very ugly when I complained to service staff but astonishingly they were very much evasive, like i am disturbing their freedom by visiting this place. Later started chirping at each and every order whether it was order of a tea or snacks. The limit is reached when receptionist was also following same attitude when I complained him about service staff . I am feeling very much depress at their service. My serious recommendations never ever visit to this hotel either with family ,friends or dear ones.

Room service is very bad. Have to wait more than 1 hour for drinking water, not sure you will get tea after order. Staff behaves like government employee. So, avoid it if you can.
