The room was good as shown in picture. However there was security concern as window lock were defective and not working. No grill to windows. Also food order takes more than an hour to get in room. They have one remote to ac as staff was arguing to keep AC remote. And bathroom had flies and hair all over. Also as they allow smoking in room the floor smells tabacco Hence I couldn't stay there more than an hour but they didn't refund or give nay discount.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Samaira Residency, and we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the hotel and the service we received. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff, who quickly checked us in and showed us to our room. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. The staff being attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at Hotel Samaira Residency was excellent. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the food and service are top-notch. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area

Excellent hotel and service. They got Netflix too. Good location, you can order food inside the room, clean bedsheets, clean bathrooms. Would definitely go again.

Very poor ventilation poor and stinking washrooms. Poor wifi. Their tea however was excellent.
