Subtle coloured walls of the rooms are very soothing to eyes. Rooms have all the basic amenities. Staff members are efficient in their job. Room service is quick. Check-ins and check-outs are hassle free.

Hello, I feel pained in writing this review as this was my worst ever experience with any hotel.....I booked a room for today through augoda, an online portal. Once I reached the hotel, the staff denied to accept the booking. After showing my name in their system, they told that they don't accept this booking since the amount I had paid online was lower than what they would have otherwise charged. After calling upon the manager (or probably owner), the guy stood adamant telling they had raised a complaint against quoting of low prices by web portals and it was none of their fault. On being requested to book another room offline, he started quoting non availability of rooms. On being shown upon the availability online, he starightaway refused to give me any room even if I go ahead with another online booking.......I'm sure your team will look into sorting out this unprofessional conduct by the hotel staff

Worst experience part:1 First of all no booking was accepted by this hotel in spite of listed on easemytrip, so i booked my room by paying cash on the desk: Part 2: when I returned In afternoon at the hotel, my room was already alloted to someone else for few hours and my luggage was still inside room, and receptionist told me to wait for 30mins for room to get vacant (worst), van you believe my luggage was inside and room being used by someone else. I passionately waited for 30 mins then the time was extended up to 1 hour. Finally I forced to ask them to cancel and refund my money, such fraud hotels owners are still successfully running hotel business under #oyo, a preoccupied romm alloted for so called illegal activities. Such frodesters run business because of inefficient police actions and laws that take money under the table. Customer delight is just Sucks for this mafias.

Hotel rooms are quiet good but rooms are small sufficient for 2 people,services available are hot water, Ac, Tv, Wifi. Hotel staff is also upto the mark they clean the rooms every day. Breakfast in hotel is average, I suggest you to have breakfast outside

The room and bathroom size is too small. If you r booking online they will not provide you the room easily. Location is also very far from people and it's proper industrial area. If you are planning to stay there better to book room offline. Very average experience...
