The location is an industrial area, but we gone via car so it was all ok. We stayed 25th Dec for 2 days with family Nice clean rooms The communication with the management was so cool and easy for booking etc. Near by hotel gives extremely delicious food. Nice location to connect different parts of the city. Value for money as well

Poor services, because if you're asking them for drinking water they ll charge more. If you want to checkout one prior and you're letting them know 2 days earlier then also they won't give you refunds... Oh god horrible food taste! Plus they'll charge more for giving services of good in the name of tax.

A Wonderful stay I stayed at Hotel Vistara Residency for 2 nights between 10th - 12th November 2025 . I stayed in room no. 407 . What a decent room it was ! It was a very clean , spacious room . The decor , flooring , amenties ... everything was excellent . Rohit Sir from the management side was very sweet - talking nd co - operative person . Aslam from housekeeping was very efficient in his work . The check - in nd check - out process was very quick . There are many veg.food joints nearby. This was a surprise to me as to how good hotels can be ! It is not about the price since a lot costlier hotels did not care about such cleanliness and utility of each space in the room. Very nice stay and refreshing atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of staying at Vistara Residency, Rabale, Navi Mumbai, for the past three and a half months (around 105 days), and it truly felt like a second home to me. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained with neat, clean, and comfortable rooms. I stayed in a Super Deluxe Room, which was spacious, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a long stay. The housekeeping was consistent, and the cleanliness standards were maintained at a very high level throughout my time there. What made the biggest difference, however, was the team. The room attendant, Mr. Aalam Ansari, was always attentive, polite, and quick to assist with anything I needed. The Hotel Manager, Mr. Rohit, deserves special mention for his professional yet friendly approach. He ensured my stay remained smooth, comfortable, and worry-free, often going the extra mile whenever support was required. The management of the hotel is commendable — everything from check-in to daily service and finally check-out was handled seamlessly. Even on the day I left, I felt a bit emotional because after such a long stay, the room and the staff had become a part of my daily life. Overall, I highly recommend Vistara Residency for both short and long stays. Whether for business or leisure, you can expect excellent hospitality, spotless rooms, and a supportive team that genuinely cares about guests.
