The staff is pathetic, please do not add breakfast to your room booking. They do not have any in-house facility for providing breakfast. they just order poha or idli sambhar for you from outside. Since morning I have called on the given number but no one is responding. 2 times I have personally visited the counter twice.

When I called you on 16/05/2023 for enquiries about your Fab Hotel Krishna Regency Nigdi, Pune the price for one day was around 1500 and when I informed that my minor son will accompany me (total 3 person) the price increased to 1900 and you advised me to pay 10% and book the hotel. I paid and booked the hotel. And I told you that we are traveling for marriage and will reach in the evening and I want late check out. You said it can be managed. one day earlier I paid balance amount and when I reached hotel in the night the hotel staff asked extra 500 for third person. I requested him that I had talk with you but he refused to listen and didn't provide extra bed. He even refused late check out and we had to check out at 11 am. So we paid full day price for only 11 hours stay. I am in audit work and travel extensively in various cities. We have our regular hotels. And wherever we don't have hotel, we use MMT or OYO. This is the first time I used Fab hotels. Therefore I request you to look into the matter and refund 500 extra bed charges which was not provided. It is not about money but services you have offered. I am very much disappointed with you.

Pros: Connected to highway so it's very easy to reach any area of the Pune. Cons: Unhygienic rooms, servings the food in room that to in dirty plates. Hotel manager is great guy but staff is very rude. Breakfast is available but they used to order from outside local vendors.
