Very nice location, decent property. A perfect holiday home for families. Rooms are clean, well maintained with limited equipments for normal requirements. Service guys are also well behaved, always ready for the service, good coordination. The only thing I suggest is to keep clean bedsheets and blankets, change them at least every alternate day and make some arrangements for morning Tea and coffee. Rest all perfect. Surely deserve overall 4.2 Start rating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at Diena's place in Goa. The 1 BHK room met our expectations – it was clean, spacious, and offered great value for money. The AC worked fine, running hot water in the bathroom, and having a small kitchen was a convenient bonus. The location, just a 5-minute walk from Calangute Beach, was perfect for us. Dhanu and Jeetu, the caretakers, were always available and a gentle personality. Interacting with Jeetu's adorable kid (2 yrs) added a delightful touch to our stay. The rooms' high hygiene standards contributed to a memorable and satisfying experience. We highly recommend this property, especially for families and couples seeking a wonderful getaway.

Staff is wonderful and location is amazing, just a few steps to Calangute Beach, The rooms are really big and clean, I personally recommend this property, You have all food and shopping outlets nearby.

A good pleasant stay near Calangute beach. The host & staffs were very welcoming and have taken care of our needs all throughout our stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for budget friendly place near beach.

Very pleasant stay with family ,excellent location.Rooms are very clean.Affordable room rent. To provide facility for food preparation( as and when required) in kitchen will make the holidays super excellent.Love to stay once again in future.
