very dirty rooms , no electricity 24 hours staff asked for full payment totally untrained staff. worst place ever same owner hotel sawm paradise also dont go there very dirty rooms ac leaking water.

Worst place I have ever seen. Doesn't match with the images shown in the Oyo app. Hotel asked for additional price. Room is so dirty. Walls are dirty. Flush has been broken. Rooms smell of cigarettes. Couldn't stand there for couple of minutes as well. Had to cancel my booking and moved to a different hotel. Worst experience ever

Rooms were not cleaned, bedsheets are dirty & there are no accessories in the rooms.

Extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from start to end. The washrooms were filthy, there were no lights in the washroom, and the AC wasn't working. The service staff's behavior was disappointing. Moreover, I was shocked to learn that check-in isn't allowed for couples from different religions. This policy is discriminatory and unacceptable.

Extremely terrible Stay – Not Worth Booking I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this property. The room conditions were unacceptable: No AC provided No light in the washroom No lock on the door Bed broken and mattress damaged Room smelled bad, with stains everywhere Very dirty and unhygienic environment No TV, no drinking water, no basic facilities Staff behavior was rude and unhelpful This was a hectic and non-manageable stay. I strongly advise others not to book this property. It is not worth the money or peace of mind. OYO should take strict action against such listings because this is misleading and causes distress to customers. WORST DAY EVER OF MY LIFE.
