It's decent location added to the excellent rooms and the room service and vicinity of food outlets and restaurants made me to pin it for all my upcoming stays at Indore

I've been traveling to Indore frequently for business over the past few months and have tried several hotels in the area. Hotel Mumbai House stands out as a solid choice. The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel are commendable. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-maintained and comfortable. Upon my arrival for check-in, the staff at the front desk were welcoming and efficient, quickly handling the formalities. However, I did notice a few areas for improvement. There was no assistance with baggage, and the front desk staff didn’t seem to follow up on that. Additionally, when I inquired about a late check-out, I received inconsistent answers from different shifts, which was a bit confusing. On the positive side, the location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a vibrant area that’s perfect for food lovers. It's a pleasure to take a walk in the evening. The hotel also offers ample parking space right in front, which is an added bonus. Overall, my experience at Hotel Mumbai House has been good, and I would recommend it to fellow travelers.

I stayed here 2 times in a span of 3 weeks. First time the room and bathroom was spacious but it was on the terrace where the kitchen staff hangs out. I think Kitchen is in other corner of the terrace and they were peeling potatoes. There are only 3 rooms in the terrace so it is awkward. The room was spectacularly clean. 2nd time I was given room on the 1st floor, the room was compact with small washroom when I asked the receptionist she said earlier one was an upgrade! I was never told. Infact terrace room was noisy due to kitchen staff working till late in the night and come early in the morning. They drag sacks of potatoes(speculation) on the floor and all. Pretty busy area I would say. Anyways after we settle down I see barrage of ants in the washbasin area, I tried putting buckets of water but they were always back. Then when I removed the duvet to sleep I saw 3 yellow stains on the bedsheet and on duvet. I was too tired to change the room so I asked for fresh linen which they gave. Restaurant services are good and they are prompt in serving tea/coffee and along with that they provide cookies which is kind. You can have breakfast early at 7ish if you are planning to leave early. Not the full course but they do have something or the other item ready which is great! The hotel is in a good area with public parking. Overall people are nice and helpful and they will help to load and unload your luggage and hassle free checkin and checkout.

Excellent location, great food. Ram Yadav, Micky and the rest of the staff were very attentive to detail and hospitable. Spacious clean rooms and made for a very comfortable stay . Highly recommend!
