would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the behaviour of the person working at the hotel reception. He speaks very rudely to customers and often keeps gutka in his mouth while talking. This looks very unprofessional and creates a bad impression of your hotel. I request you to please take necessary action so that customers do not face such behaviour in the future. Thank you for your attention

I had a wonderful experience at Playsales Scarlet. The room was truly high class — very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The washrooms were especially impressive, modern, and spotless. The property is budget friendly considering the quality they provide, which makes it even more worth it. Maintenance standards are very good overall. Food was absolutely delicious — I highly recommend the Hara Bara Kebab, it was outstanding! The staff were polite, professional, and courteous throughout our stay. There were minor service delays at times, and for about an hour we didn’t get cold water in the washroom (only hot water was coming). However, these were small issues compared to the overall positive experience. We can easily book Uber cabs or autos from this location to anywhere in indore. Overall, I am fully satisfied and would definitely rate it 5/5. I would happily recommend Playsales Scarlet to others.

🚫Scam Alert - Avoid this place ❌ I had a very disappointing stay due to poor service and an unprofessional checkout process. During checkout, the receptionist immediately demanded a damage fee for a blanket without even explaining the situation or showing me the supposed issue. When I asked for proof, they brought out a sheet with a faded blue mark that was clearly an old stain. Despite me explaining that I didn’t even have a pen or any ink with me, the staff remained argumentative. The service overall was lacking. I waited in the empty restaurant for over 15 minutes for lunch, but no one ever came to take my order, so I had to leave and eat elsewhere. The food quality I did try was pathetic and not worth the price. The only highlight of the stay was the security guard, who was polite and professional—a stark contrast to the rest of the rude staff. I do not recommend this place However the rooms where descent and clean. The bathroom was not there was some pan masala stains, old shampoo sachet of some previous traveller.

I am staying here with a group of my friends. The day before The front office staff was very nice and polite, and the food tasted very good. Overall the atmosphere and experience was great. Thanks to the Scarlett team, they gave me a great experience

My family stay here from 22nd Feb to 25th Feb.they don't maintain any hygiene specially for cleaning the room and bathroom. We check-out at 7am on 25th Feb. They promised to arrange some minimum breakfast (bread,butter) but at that time they denyed. Very unprofessional.
