New property but economical and supportive staff esp vishi and vinod. Both took care well along with other staff. I checked in late night but then also without getting agitated they assisted me and stay was good. Not to luxurious place but a decent one and location wise also it's situated near market area and in between residential buildings so safety is not an issue. So if you are planning to book an economical stay in vijay nagar book this one. If next time I visit I will rebook this place. Thanks

Pathetic experience, The front office staff seems untrained fresh graduate out of collage, They have made their own rules regarding admission as a newbie in hotel business (Hospitality seems a distant thing for them). Neither she nor her immediate boss (on phone) had any idea how Hotels operate and deals with customers, seems both are having first time jobs here. Despite having paid booking from a prominent channel dropped the idea of check in due to nonsensical attitude and immature knowledge, we just walked out from lobby. I was with my wife coming from Ujjain and next stop will be Omkareshwar, However due to all this just cancelled the onward trip. The Hotel may be good for solo however absolute no no for family. P.S. Better go for Hotel chains who operate their own hotels rather than these franchise models.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was luxurious and comfortable, and the dining options were delicious. The facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Good for an overnight budget stay. Since it's a new property, the rooms, bathroom and linen are good but the balcony and floor can definitely be cleaner. They have a restaurant apparently but on both days breakfast was brought from a shop close by (only options of Poha Jalebi Samosa kachori). Handwash & shampoo are provided so bring along any other toiletries that you may need.
