This is a hidden Gem. Simply love the location and the service. Food was finger looking good! Glad to have found such amazing service and hotel at a fraction of the price! Reception and Hotel staff is prompt professional and very courteous! My only recommendation is to have multiple type of Beds. It's was too hard for my comfort, but my relatives preferred that type. Probably a softer one or orthopedic option should be provided. Food should be one of the USPs. It was finger licking awesome. (Kinda overate, it was so delicious 🤤).. recommend to give it try!

Special thanks to Ganesh for his excellent service and support during our stay. He was very polite, helpful, and made sure everything was well managed. Really appreciate his hospitality and friendly nature.

Worst hotel experience ever Stayed at The Grand Tanishqa By Basotel recently and my experience was quite mixed. The rooms were actually very good — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Room service was also decent and the overall stay inside the room felt comfortable. The property itself has potential and the infrastructure looks nice as well. However, the biggest disappointment was the staff management and communication. The staff behavior was not as welcoming or professional as expected from a hotel of this category. There seemed to be a lot of confusion among the team regarding basic services and availability. For example, while ordering food, they initially said that “everything” was available. But the moment we asked for tandoori items, they suddenly said those were unavailable. Again, when we tried ordering other dishes, they kept saying certain things were not available. It honestly became frustrating because instead of clearly telling guests what is actually available, they kept giving confusing responses. The breakfast situation was also unclear. They mentioned that buffet breakfast would only be arranged if more than 10 guests were present, and surprisingly they themselves did not seem sure about the guest count. Overall, rooms are good, but management and staff coordination definitely need improvement.

⭐️ Luxurious Stay and Exceptional Service at The Hotel Grand Tanishqa by Basotel ! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the grand Tanishqa and had an absolutely wonderful experience in their Jacuzzi Room. From the moment I checked in, the service was impeccable and truly set the tone for a luxurious overnight escape. 🛁 Indulgent Luxury Amenities The highlight, of course, was the in-room jacuzzi, which was pure bliss after a long day. Beyond that, the room was a haven of comfort and luxury. The bedding was exceptionally high-quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the marble-finished bathroom was stocked with premium, high-end toiletries. Every detail, from the soft, plush robes to the state-of-the-art climate control, spoke of genuine attention to guest comfort and luxury. 🍽️ Culinary Delights The food was another standout feature. I enjoyed a truly delicious and memorable meal at "the hotel restaurant". The menu offered a wonderful variety, and every dish I tried was prepared perfectly and tasted incredibly fresh. From the presentation to the flavor, the culinary experience was top-notch—a real treat! 🌟 Great Service That Shines What truly elevates this hotel is the outstanding service. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was warm, professional, and highly attentive. They anticipated needs without being intrusive, and any request was handled with swift efficiency and a genuine smile. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of high-class luxury and genuinely friendly service. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly indulgent and pampered experience.

I stayed at the Mesh Hotel for four days, and it was a truly wonderful experience. I found both the staff and the food at this hotel to be absolutely excellent. Whenever I visit the city of Indore in the future, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again; I would love to reconnect with the staff here. I would happily meet them again and again—a thousand times over! Furthermore, I would love to eat the food here repeatedly, as it features a truly incredible, signature seasoning that makes it stand out. The staff, in particular, is exceptional. I would like to extend a special word of appreciation to Priya Ji; I wish her "All the Best" for her future endeavors. Her demeanor and her way of interacting with guests are truly commendable. Priya Ji, keep moving forward! From my side, I wish you all the very best for your future. Keep smiling, keep laughing, and keep progressing—All the Best!
