Pros- 1. The young guy at reception was very friendly & helpful. Cons- 1. Rooms were very dirty and having bad smell. 2. Sofa & chairs in the room were so dirty, when I complained regarding it, housekeep staff just put a bed sheet on it. 3. Door of washroom was not even getting closed properly 4. The flush button in washroom was broken.

Can you imagine a room with no windows? No wardrobe? And a tiny box to call a room? That is Hotel Shivani, Indore. And they charge > Rs 3000. Even a dharamshala would be better value for money. Treebo also is responsible for having this hotel on its list. Avoid this hotel totally! The only saving grace was the receptionist was a polite man.

I booked one deluxe room for one night from 11th October to 12th October 2023. I found the hotel to be a mediocre one. The receptionist has no warm behaviour and does not care for the guests. I wanted password for WiFi. One man in the reception said me that he will text me the password to my mobile. But he did not send. I don't know whether there is WiFi or not. The menial staff are worthless. They always stretch their hands for money (tips) without providing any service. They are shameless and irritating persons. The breakfast is very ordinary. I stayed for one night, so I found the room clean though a bit old.

The stay was good. Room was overall clean. Old trash was still lying though. May be someone overlooked. The bed was comfortable, hot and cold water, ac was working fine. TV we didn't use. The door doesn't get locked. We requested o get that fixed but was no use. Food included was breakfast. Was nice. Parathas and Poha . People are very humble. Liked the stay. Can stay again if needed.

Room is not clean so much broken furnitures, cockroaches and even mosquitoes. Bathings was not provided. Only 1 liter of water bottle for 2 people. Bed Spreads was torn and untidy. No mats in front of washrooms. Breakfast is fixed and no options were given.. Only good thing was location it was strategic.other than it's not worth for 500 rupees also. Unfortunately my room ws above kitchen so floor was always hot could not bare it. There are no cafe or restaurant food was served in room.
