Property is managed properly but had few issues while my 9 days stay. Before booking I confirmed for early check-in and agreed on 500Rs charge post confirmation I booked through Agoda. Upon arrival I was forced to pay 1000Rs for just 1 hour early check-in. Manager who was there was rude and didnt consider what was agreed on call, unfortunately the property owner also didn't helped and just said Sorry. Another issue is, you can't ask your friends to comedown to your room (even during afternoon) Per their policy a visitor shouldn't spend more than 20 minutes even if it's morning or afternoon. Don't get overwhelmed by looking at fancy pictures, room are good but definitely not matching with what is shown in Agoda

I don't generally write reviews like this. But this time the experience from this hotel pushed me to write such bad review. ********Avoid this place****** Unhygienic rooms and food, Pathetic service and arrogant staffs. Sharing few experiences from my stay. 1. Non smoking rooms had cigarette packs and cigarette dust in the room drawers 2. Open electric wires in room. Not safe for kids. 3. Cockroach running in room 4. Room intercom was not working and had to go down to reception to report any issue. 5. Did not provide the extra bed booked &paid for. Had to go to reception to ask for the bed. 6. Soap dispenser was empty and took multiple reminders to get it filled. 7. Bathroom door was damaged and staff was unaware and not intending to change it even after reporting it. 8. Breakfast utensils are dirty and very unhygienic. Surprisingly no action taken from staff even after reporting it. I am not sure if they have any FSSAI licence. If yes, I dont know how its issued. Also how is Food and Drug Administration,Pune is allowing such restaurants to operate. 9. We were 3 staying in room and hotel always kept one towel for shower. We had to ask every day for extra towels. 10. Room cupboard keys were broken and no place to keep your stuffs safe. 11. Staff were reluctant to take any action even after reporting the issues. One Mr. Suraj from front desk mentioned that he is handling the property alone and cannot followup everything. Agoda gives great review for this place. But beware of fake reviews. I recently had the pleasure of staying with friend at Hotel Staybird Aerith Studio, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Manager Mr. Dayanand and the entire staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the reception staff. They made check-in seamless and ensured all my needs were met throughout my stay. The housekeeping team maintained impeccable cleanliness, and I was impressed by their attention to detail. The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my visit. I recommend this place😃

Room quality was very poor. It was not clean and room size was very small. The toilet was just ok and not that clean. Overall cleanliness I would give just two star. However the quality of bed and Lenin was some what good and better. I would just recommend this hotel if it's just for a short stay or to just freshen up. The hotel is located in prime location which is very accessible to city. The hotel is not worth for money spend.

Overall nice property under budget and Rooms are clean, services are good, staff is supportive and this property is at prime location Kharadi from where cabs are easily accessible. Keep it up...
