The hotel is great for a stay Pune. Rooms are comfortable overall but there are some issues like no exhaust in a few rooms that must be addressed. The location is excellent with access to public and hired transport. The breakfast is filling with fresh local food options. The staff is extremely helpful and prompt. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel is really cool and the staff are very friendly. Location is good. I had a terrible experience where I had the AC duct right on top of the bed and throughout the night water was just dropping on the face. They identified the issue though the next day and changed the room for me automatically.

I had stayed here for 2 nights and will provide review based on that. Firstly room was clean but few lights were not working along with exhaust fan in toilet. I had complained to reception and they said that they will send a person to check but no one came to room. Also they charged for drinking water /bottle Rs.30. Along with that WiFi services was also not operational. Basically they should not charge for drinking water during stay since it is basic needs. But here I saw that they charge for drinking water. Totally not satisfied with the services.

The room with the tub was excellent, room category- Premium Suite. Service is on time, staff was well behaved. Although they don't have a proper kitchen so the number of food options are very less but the tase is decent and the breakfast area requires improvement . P.S.- We liked the taste of veg thali.
