The Air conditioner's of the Suite were in poor condition. Its surprising as its the best room at the hotel! My uncle and aunt who stayed there somehow managed to stay in it. The only other suite room offered to them was on the smoking level which they couldn't afford to choose as they have asthma problems! We paid a substantial amount to get that room. It was a disappointment as the very essential commodity of a 5 star hotel is the A/C room's they provide to us. We did not receive it. The A/C maintenance fellow could not solve it for us too! After taking many hours. Sadly, we couldn't take out the time to discuss such problems and complain about this to their management. We were there for multiple family function's and meetup's and had to travel to n fro to to a number of places. But I hope my review submitted here would reach the management of the hotel for their record and reference.

I have recently stayed here during my visit with my family. Really wonderful experience with hotel staff and atmosphere. Rooms are very comfortable tidy. It’s a best option for visiting Pune with families. Hotel location and food especially breakfast is very delicious. Lots of items available. Honestly saying that we enjoyed the stay.

Stayed here a few times now and the customer service is always brilliant. The buffet breakfast and evening meal both offer a huge range, I always end up going around several times to try sample as much as possible! The rooms are always clean and comfortable - a welcome relief after 20+hrs of travelling to get there from the UK.
