Overall good stay for family as well as for official visit... Food can be improve. Choice of food are limited , you can make a good combos for lunch and dinner so single person can have choice. Food is not bad but it can be improved

Make sure to clarify before booking. • Carry Your Own Essentials: The best approach is to bring everything you might need, as even basics might not be provided or may be overpriced. • Poor Room Service: The room service is disappointing, with no attention to basic hygiene or cleanliness. Washrooms were poorly maintained, and it seemed they weren’t cleaned properly after the previous guest. • Reception Behavior: A particularly unprofessional moment at the reception was witnessed when a guest was spoken to rudely in the local language, saying, “Kya baccho jaisa kar rahe ho”—not a client-friendly attitude. • Poor Signage and Location: The property lacks clear location signboards on the main road, leading to confusion on Google Maps. Overall Experience: Disappointing on many fronts—hygiene, service, professionalism, and accessibility.
