I stayed here with my family just for one night. It was a transit halt while driving to Shirdi but was not happy at all. There is not a single positive point to mention that it was comfortable stay. I can't believe VITS has invested in such products. Will never come again.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Pune and had a very disappointing experience. The reception area looks good at first glance, but the rooms are nowhere close to 3-star standards. In one of our rooms, the basic amenity of a phone was missing, and when we informed the staff, they weren’t even aware of it. There were no towels in the bathroom, and despite calling the reception multiple times, no one came to provide them. The second time we called, they literally disconnected the call. Even at the time of checkout, when we brought this up, the receptionist casually said, “Didn’t you get it? We’ll check now,” which was extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the wash basin was leaking from the bottom. We had booked three rooms based on the photos, but the actual experience was totally different. Trust me, guys—don’t book this hotel. It’s not worth the money or the hassle.

Had a pleasant stay at VITS Select Kharadi. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth, and the location is convenient for business travelers. Overall, a good value-for-money hotel. Would recommend.

Not exaggerating, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The rooms were super clean, especially the bathrooms. This level of cleanliness is rare. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is very near to EON, which worked out for me. Would surely visit again.

Their leadership reflects well on the entire kitchen and restaurant staff, who were all polite, efficient, and eager to please. Special thanks to Rajesh Sir and Raj Sir🙏😊 Hygiene & Cleanliness: Hygiene standards at VITS Select Kharadi are top-notch. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and regularly sanitized. In the dining area, tables were promptly cleaned after each use, and staff were seen following proper hygiene protocols. The kitchen also appeared to be well-organized and clean, which is very reassuring for any guest. Overall Experience: My stay at VITS Select Kharadi was nothing short of wonderful. The staff were friendly, the ambiance was relaxing, and the service was outstanding. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers a comfortable and high-quality experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great hospitality, excellent food, and a clean, welcoming environment.
