Worst experience, untidy room, untidy washroom, untidy bedsheet , pillowand quilt. We asked them to change the beadsheet and quilt , except from giving fresh one they gave us the used one from another room. Another thing the washroom was soo untidy and the toilet seat was very untidy we asked the hotel to clean it twice but they ignored the request and did'nt send anyone to clean it up. They just started giving us excuses that we don't have toilet cleaner , toilet brush and also said that water here is salty thats why washroom is not clean. But the thing is that there are lots of tobacco spits in the bathroom and it was unclened.
We booked this hotel 2 room form 800/- something but after that also they charged 800/- extra for the room by saying that its the MMT issue if you don't want the room then contact to MMT about the rate issue but we will not able to provide room at this price.
A worst exprience in this hotel, never ever coming back to this hotel and never ever suggest anyone for it.

we booked hotel Kanha Continental as per request of your employee, she told us that the room is booked 3 occupancy but the owner of the hotel gave us double occupancy room and also demanded 300/- extra. This not a good practice my family wait more than a hour at reception please reply with a genuine reason

Extremely bad place to stay tye room no. 201 was alloted to us , the bathroom was water logged and dirty as anything.
The food quality is unacceptable for everyone. The pricing is however the same as market pricing unfortunately it never justifies the compromised quality.
The rooms are filled with rats and mouses that ate our food which was kept in the table on our room.
No wifi service available.
No hot water available.
No charging points where available.
Manager and general manager are contradictory to each other. I regret staying here as I had to over payed for such a pathetic accommodation and terrible and unhygienic food.
On the right of the hotel if you open any window you will get a glimpse of how dirty the hotel as you can see chunks of garbage and rotten water of the kitchen lying right side of the hotel just inside the boundary.
Water jug was dirty as any thing that can't be imagined.
The hotel gave us a taxi with private number.
The hotel management assured us that the taxi is very proven and is very familiar and accustomed with the route to manali, dharmshala etc.
They ruined our holiday the managment and hotel staff along with the driver told our family to lie to everyone that its our car not a taxi to anyone.
Imagine how shamelessly everyone behaved.
For the food we ordered omelette and tea at around at 8. The omelette served was costing 200 rs which was in totally broken and unedible. Tea served was having foul smell.
I don't why such bad quality things were served because a nearby tea stall served a better tea at 5 rs but restaurant's tea was smelling foul.

Like all other reviews I read, I should have read the reviews before checking in, even my review is the same for this pathetic kanha continental, I just hope this hotel shuts down soon or someone sues them as it's not a hotel, it's in a condition of samudaik sauchalay. I hope this hotel shuts down soon and people don't waste their money here. I also hope that owner learns to write some good replies based on what the customer has written and not copy and paste replies on all feedback.
