This place is unhygienic to another level. We took this hotel looking at ratings and being close to Taj Mahal. But when we checked in, Room had hairs on the floor and dressing table, cabinets were not clean, fan had deep black cover of dust. Bathroom was a mesh, don't know when it was last cleaned. Overall, don't go there. This is the worst stay of my life and can't even recommend to my enemy.

Tara Palace Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room service was exceptional, the location was superb, and the staff's friendliness added to our memorable stay. The food was a highlight, and the hotel's cleanliness was impressive.

It was indeed a horrible experience.... Firstly we were allotted room no 302& then shifted to 303....but in both the rooms walls were dampened. Toilet was not properly clean.... Only difference was bit more light in the second room... Even the rooms didn't have proper lights... TV was not working... They said recharg has been expired... They don't have any doormat any slipper... Even geyser was not there... Almost every guest were complaining... They said they have hot water machine which will work from 5am .... But @6 am guests were shouting for hot water... & they were saying it may take some more time to get the hot water... They are very much aware about their miserable room conditions... That's why they are demanding the whole money before check- in.... Even the location is not so near... From the East gate it is situated at about 1km distance. Manager also rude... Not recommend to anyone at any cost

Good hotel location wise. Because its near to Taj Mahal Had lunch in their restaurant which didn't taste really good 🤢🤮 the stream rice we ordered had a weird smell. Weird experience. Bill came INR 1300. Could have eaten better in other cheaper restaurant. Didn't order for dinner. Hotel is good. Rooms are good. Service seems good.

Location is awesome, walkable distance from Taj Mahal. The breakfast they provided was good. The rooms were not maintained well. Half the washrooms didn’t have working flush, bedsheets appeared really dirty and no lift as well though they took care of moving the luggage around.
