One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff was cooperative, rooms were clean, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Special thanks to Tejal for her kind behavior, quick support, and excellent guest handling skills. She made us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely visit again and recommend this hotel to others

Our stay here was quite disappointing. We faced multiple issues during our visit, and what made the experience worse was the staff's attitude. Every time we raised a concern, they responded very casually, with little urgency to actually resolve the problem. It felt like guest satisfaction wasn't a priority. Instead of enjoying our stay, we spent a lot of time following up on issues that should have been handled quickly. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I hope the management takes guest feedback more seriously and improves both the service and staff responsiveness. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Staying for 2nd time. Stay was comfortable. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is good. All in all it is a nice hotel.

Stayed here recently and it was definitely value for money. We got the room for around ₹1100, and for that price, the room size, amenities, and overall infrastructure were really impressive. Since it is a brand-new hotel, everything feels fresh and well maintained. The staff was also supportive and accommodating. They allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby after checking out. Only area where some improvement is needed is the service responsiveness. The Wi-Fi was getting disconnected regularly and required a couple of follow-ups for other. Apart from that, the overall experience was very good. Overall, highly recommended. I would rate it 4.5/5 overall, but in terms of value for money, it is easily 5/5.
