Very nice property. Rooms are so big and proper ventilation and lighting in every room. They have very nice amenities in room WithRoof top dining. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. I will Highly recommend Hotel Citadel Inn.

Exceptional stay with fantastic service! "I recently stayed at CITADEL INN for 01 nights, and it exceeded all my expectations. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. My room was spotless, spacious, and featured a very comfortable bed. I especially loved the food . The location is perfect—just a short walk from Sai mandir . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be coming back!" Apart from this the manager Abhishek gaur is very Nice guy and Helpful.

Very nice room and sarvice

I was visiting indore due to work and thought of staying at this hotel as the receptionist mentioned that this was a new property. Hoping that everything will be new and well organised I decided to stay here. Upon staying issues that I faced on a regular basis: 1. AC doesn't work and the rooms get heated extremely. 2. As I needed wifi, it was a basic necessity for me. Apparently police came and took over their router or something internet box to their station as per the receptionist. 3. Power cut is also a major issue here. As a guest you expect a hotel to have power back up however, there was no electricity for 2 hrs. And more. 4. Gyser was also one issue. In order to have hot water flowing, you first need to turn on the tap then after 10 mins the warm water would flow through the shower. Each time you ask for any response they continue new to give you excuses. At the end of the day there were no results and I had to switch hotels. Trust me switching hotels between your stay in the city is a hassle. I doubt the previous ratings are given by the hotel staff itself because I do not see any good services here. As a girl I won't recommend this hotel to any women, men or families.

This is a new hotel with great location, nice and comfortable rooms, the staff is very efficient and M. Sandeep helped me to book a train ticket, which seemed impossible to do by myself (as a foreigner, create an Indian Railway number prooved impossible at this point)... Thanks again !
