Beautiful stay with Taj view. Rooms are good. They have a great restaurant. Their restaurant is the highlight. Breakfast buffet was very good. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything was very delicious. Sonu Sharma and Ruchi Singh at the restaurant were amazing servers. They have a great team including receptionist Mahi Singh. Only room interiors should improve some more.

We recently stayed here and had a pleasant experience overall. The hospitality was great, and the staff was welcoming. A special mention to Mahi, the front office executive, who was incredibly helpful and sweet—she made our stay even better with her warm and professional approach. The rooms were comfortable, but they did feel a bit overpriced compared to similar options. That being said, the service and friendliness of the staff made up for it. Would recommend it for those looking for good hospitality.

Foxoso Hotel experience was marvellous and also the food, cleanliness and hospitality of all staff was excellent and treatment we received from Mr Anand Jha was one of it’s kind, great person great service. 5 STAR to Hotel Foxoso and General Manager Mr Anand Jha

Foxoso hotel was the only let down in my happy trip to agra. The hotel looks modern from the outside, but the good stuff ends there. The rooms are pretty old and the property has that old refurbished smell. They also had empty packets lying around the room when I checked in, which means the cleaning wasn't proper. Not to mention, the staff asked for a tip the moment they helped me with my bags because it was "night" shift. And it didn't end there. I went to have dinner at their restaurant and the staff were visibly disappointed that I didn't pick the buffet on their suggestion, but instead asked for the menu. And this staff behaviour isn't what you expect from a 3 star property. Overall, don't have high expectations looking at the reviews. It's a decent property for the price. But you might find better ones. This hotel could do much better if they just improved their overall service and did something about that weird refurbished smell. As of now, it's just a 2/5 property and wouldn't qualify to be a star hotel they claim to be.

Our stay was exceptional, and the restaurant's service and food were truly delightful. This hotel is ideal for families visiting the iconic Taj Mahal. If you're fortunate, you may get a room with a stunning view of the Taj. We were lucky enough to enjoy that experience, which made our visit even more memorable.
