The Hotel Staff is really great at service and understands the need of guests. Our rooms were upgraded as well free of cost which was really a nice gesture from hotel.
The food as well is really great at hotel restaurant and hotel staff is also very hood at service.
Overall, this is something rare where all the amenities are wonderful in a hotel.

I visited quality inn Rockwell grand, Had a wonderful buffet experience for breakfast.The food and hospitality was spot on!

I recently had a stay at Quality Inn Rockwell Grand, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel it's essential to share my feedback to help others make informed decisions. Let me start with my checking experience, which set the tone for the rest of my stay.
Checking Experience:
Upon arriving at the hotel, I was taken aback when the rate provided at the front desk was significantly different from the one I had booked online. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the staff member/manager explained that it was due to a different room category. This lack of transparency regarding the pricing left me feeling disappointed and misled.
Air Conditioner Issue:
The first night seemed promising, but my optimism quickly faded when the air conditioner in my room suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night. Not only was it an uncomfortable experience,I was asked to move to a different room during those late hours, disrupting my sleep and leaving me frustrated.
Disastrous Breakfast:
A good breakfast is an essential part of any hotel stay, but the breakfast experience at Quality Inn Rockwell Grand was nothing short of a disaster. The options were limited, and the quality of the food fell well below expectations. It's disheartening to see a hotel neglect such a crucial aspect of guest comfort and satisfaction.
Overall, my stay at Quality Inn Rockwell Grand was a huge disappointment. The issues with pricing, the air conditioner, and the breakfast experience made it clear that the money I paid did not align with the quality of service provided.
On a positive note, I must acknowledge the hospitality of the hotel staff. Despite the shortcomings, everyone was courteous and friendly, which was a silver lining in an otherwise frustrating experience.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Quality Inn Rockwell Grand based on my stay. I believe that as guests, we deserve better value and service for our hard-earned money. I hope my feedback serves as a constructive critique, urging the hotel management to address these concerns and improve the overall guest experience.

I stayed at Quality Inn Rockwell Grande for a wedding. The most amazing thing for me was the gym and swimming pool on the top floor, I didn't need to skip exercise which personally to me is very important. The food is also amazing and the staff is extremely friendly. Would recommend it for sure, try the Chicken Biryani and Ghee Roast Chicken while you are there. Rooms are neat and clean and the staff regularly comes to clean the room.
