We had a wonderful weekend retreat at this hotel. Everything about the stay was great — the rooms were comfortable and well-kept, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. It was the perfect getaway, and we'd happily return for another relaxing weekend.

Awesome stay location. Rooms are clean, organised and welcoming and friendly staff. Privacy and comfort 100%. Very large rooms, attached balcony, tub, pool and what else - overall perfect homely feel with luxury

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The place was very peaceful with a really pleasant ambience. Kevin, the new manager, was extremely helpful and made sure everything was comfortable for us throughout the stay.

Room -- OK, OK Catering and Food -- 3 words: Pathetic, worst and expensive. Amenities -- again 3 words: Nothing, worst and useless I along with my few friends from Corporate cricket team stayed there for a night (we chose as it is closer to Just Cricket Ground and coming from the city takes 2 hrs easily). Rooms were OK but still on the higher side. All of us went with the hope that they are a franchise of 'Seasons', so definitely should be good. Most of us were with the kids so were keen for some amenities so that kids can also have fun, and at the time of booking we were told they have swimming pool, badminton court, TT table, Carrom board etc. But let me tell what was there: 1. A very small sized pool which had dirty water. 2. No Badminton court, 3. No TT table 4. Carom board in worst condition. Also no toiletries were given. And then comes a Funny part -- Food and how they were charging for it. Even with 2800 rs for the Room alone there was no complimentary Tea or snacks forget about the breakfast and we were charged highly for the Dinner, for which i honestly feel they should be paying to us for eating. 75 rs for Tea and snacks (Oily Onion pakoda), 125 rs for Idly Vada (breakfast) 600 Rs. for Dinner per person, Kids 300 Rs. the worst part is they charged 300 rs for my 3 year old Son for Dinner. Looks like they are not aware that not even 5 Star Hotels charge for kids till 6 years. In the name of Biryani they served us Veg Pulao and that too was burnt. In the name of Cutlery we at with Plastic spoons and drank water in Plastic Glasses. I wish I had taken some pictures at that time and attached here to show it to the whole world I would never ever recommend anyone to stay in this hotel and even if you are staying you better order some good food from Biryani. Save good money as well as have tasty Food.
