Everything is great like room , location. Hotel staff is so friendly. Price is so affordable . Food quality is also very good but food service is little slow kindly pay attention toward ur food service

Giving one star since you cannot go lower. One of the very worst hotel experience. Be prepared to have the gate shut on you on the whim of their owner (introduces himself as a retd colonel of Indian Army but basically just another basic drunkard). Your complaints or wishes will fall on deaf years and will be treated with utmost ignorance. DO NOT BOOK going by their ratings.

Hotel management worst ever,Never see this type of people even though i have online Booking from goibibo receptionist take cash payment of 1200 rs also ,i have train at 6:40 AM that time from 5:45 AM to 6:20 AM hotel manager talk very rudely creating too much issues .
Even don't listen our conversation even though i already told i have online booking from goibibo still he take 1200 rs cash payment.
Worst hotel ever .
Kindly don't go here my suggestion.
They are doing fraud with customer.
Even they don't have manners how to talk with girls.
Never expected this type of service .

We extended our trip with goibibo made payment online and informed the same on reception but the time of checkout they took extra payment of 1200. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone. Only good thing is loction other thn that rude and greedy management.

Worst hotel. Pathetic customer service. Room no 204 was offered to us which was dusty. Seems they didn't clean it even when my travel agent have booked it 10 days prior with advance payment.
I was returning after a beautiful trip from Himachal pradesh and the experience in this hotel spoiled the mood.
