This place was ok. We were tired and refused accommodation by 2 other hotels because we are not from India so recommended this hotel. We were charged double than the online booking price but we unfortunately had no other options. The room was mouldy and the towels were dirty. The bed was also rock hard. The staff were a bit hostile and just wandered into the room instead of waiting for a response to a knock on the door, also asking us at 8am when we're checking out even though we had until 11am.

Overpriced, unhygenic and poorly maintained hotel. Don't go by how it looks from the outside and room they show you on the first floor before checking in. They will insist on staying at a poorly maintained room on the ground floor.

Near by Chandigarh Railway junction. Pocket friendly rates, good staff and very clean compound. If you are on your vacations you can stay here. 24 hrs road transport available from here to city. Approx 5 km far Sukhna lake and other things are here.

Very Bad Experience. People here don't even know what proforma invoice is, they are asking for advance without any proforma invoice, without any mail confirmation. And when I tried to make him understand the manager refused to give us any documentation and cut the call. Nowadays people are in Hotel industry actually don't know what is hospitality.

Worst, in terms of cleanliness and services! Highly NOT recommended... especially for the families. The behaviour of the manager was very rude, rooms/W.C. had paan spits, drawers being used as ash trays, littered below the bed. 3 stars just for the location, as within 500m from Chandigarh station - otherwise not even worth a single star!!!
