Horrible experience and suggest no one to stay in this hotel. Firstly we were welcomed by a bunch of cockroaches and uncleaned floors. Coupled with moist beds and uncleaned curtains. The staff are not co-operative and don't respond to your queries, I believe they are used to hearing the complaints. The only plus point is the location, which is close to the railway station. Rating : 0.5/10

The worst experience with the stay at hotel Maharaja , Kacheguda , I had a healthy discussion with hotel staff some days before my check in, the staff assured to provide good facility but when I reached to check in the staff charged early check in charges and allotted room when entered into room there was water leakage from AC unit , the room changed other room was very dirty and a lot of dust was in the room I complaint to the staff they replied to wait for some time I was with my family , after paying early check in charges I couldn't use the room I had to wait for 3 hours after that I could accommodate in the room , more over after cleaning the bathroom and seat was so dirty and spotted with water leakage that was intolerable, I complaint to the staff they said sorry but we can't do anything, if you don't like you can change the hotel next day, I had already paid Rs 3000/- for one night stay , the hotel staff was not refunding this amount nither providing the service , even drinking water was not available nither complementary nor paid , moreover the hotel staff didn't give the bill or tax invoice of my payment , I think they are not depositing the tax to the govt. This was my worst stay experience , SO I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND TO STAY IN HOTEL MAHARAJA CLASSIC IN NEAR KACHEGUDA RAILWAY STATION.

Don't ever go this hotel even they give you for free. One of the worst hotel i have ever visited, the staff as well as the hotel owners behaviour is very rude. They behave like we are staying at their hotel as a refugee. They run hotel bussines only for some unmarried couples so that least facilities are enough for them as they don,t complaint for any issue.
