Pathetic. Worst customer service. Rude staffs. Ac not working. Water problem. No one attends the complaint. Never ever stay here. The manager said he makes money by charging extra money for early check in (half an hour). Good we didn't do early check in for this bad hotel. From manager to house keeping staffs, all are rude.

I had a three-day stay, and it was terrible. There was no proper water supply in any of the rooms across all floors for the entire duration. Guests were even shouting for water in the middle of the night. In the super duplex room, there was no hot water connection, and when I asked, they brought hot water in a bucket and told me to use another room's bathroom and toilet every day. The fan in the room was also not working. The management was unresponsive, and the person I contacted for the booking left without notice and switched off their phone. I have booked this hotel via direct contact with the manager , not through any other applications/ websites

I was refused a room in this hotel because my visa expires in 4 days. So, should I live in the street like a beggar for those 4 days in their opinion?.. I have never had a more idiotic conversation at the reception, although I have already gotten used to many strange things in India. I was very surprised and disappointed by such a conversation.

Room interiors were good . Parking was limited. Only one attended for 32 rooms. Bathroom flush had issue. No cutlery in the hotel,.. So if you are ordering from swiggy order with cutlery... Overall experience was decent

The hotel stinks of sewage. No water supply in the morning. Door lock gets stuck and key required frequently. Very less parking space. No food service in hotel. Service people are good and fast.
