Neat Linen and Towels. Very good housekeeping. Simple and homely food. Very good staff. Suggestion - A Kettle with green tea, coffee, Tea sachets will help as.most of your visitor's come on some work and they might be working late or early morning when your kitchen doesn't work

The hotel itself is great… but the front office staff are some of the most inflexible, inconsiderate and unhelpful people I have come across. I stayed for more than a week. Had to check out because the hotel was booked out for a corporate. During check-out they created unnecessary hassle about some make believe pending food payment. Then I checked in again after the corporate booking and they are again lying saying the booking is for 2 pax when it was clearly for 3 pax. We requested for a larger bed considering we had a child with us and were planning to stay for another two weeks but hell no. Despite earlier confirming about availability of a room with a larger bed made a u-turn at the last minute. The front office staff should either be replaced or retrained.

At the hotel, room quality is good. The staff is also very good and punctual. Syed Sadakh Ali, for example, ensured a smooth check-in and check-out; they are always ready to assist with a smile.
