The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

This is a scam place! They leave the listing as available allowing you to book it and when you reach the place deny checkin and push you away! They sell out all rooms in black and reject online booked rooms while deliberately showing it as available! SCAM!

Please note that these are luxury rooms and not a hotel. So please expect the same. An AC, tv and a clean bathroom. That's it. Not even a jug and glass. Though cleaned on a daily basis, the frequency of bedsheets and rug cover modification is irregular, they need to improve that especially in summers. But...staff, especially the receptionist is polite and courteous. The location is an absolute catch point. It's next to the metro station above Pizza hut, next to Dominoes and Brindavan tiffins. Price too is reasonable at INR 1600 per day as compared to other hotels in the area. A little bit of good service, small facilities and you would feel like coming again. Overall comfortable experience

Worst hotel I ever visited. Rooms are not clean and there are bugs roaming on the floor and bed. There is no ventilation and for sure people will get suffocated

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Rooms are small and untidy. I would suggest you to visit Manohar Grand walkable distance from this hotel. Rooms in manohar grand are clean and bigger. Better visit Manohar Grand before booking.
