Location is useful for business purposes. Rooms are clean and tidy. But no stores are located nearby. Local tin water is provided but Kinley or other water is not available. Needs to be bought outside.

-Budget friendly hotel -Staff is less but service is good -I have stayed here multiple times and had comfortable stay except the last visit -This time the rooms were not clean, had cockroaches, room had water leakage from AC, in some rooms AC was not working -Good part is service from staff, they tried to address all issues and provided comparatively better room but they had their limitations -Need more cleanliness -One can consider this if hotel is maintained well again

I had stayed here for 3 days as part of my business trip. The hotel is decent with good facilities. The breakfast is complementary but the food is a bit spicy. You can always order from swiggy/zomato and there are many options nearby to choose from. It is located right beside many IT tech parks and so many companies are easily accessible from this hotel. The rooms were neat and clean when I arrived and there was a towel but no toiletries like soap. The Maple room is quite spacious for a two people to stay. There is a large cupboard and a table with chair in case you have to work. The view from window as well is excellent and if you an early riser, then you can breathe fresh air 🙂 One gripe that I have is there is no water dispenser to fill up your bottle with hot/cold water, you have to call the reception for that everytime. The reception service is good and they are good in English, Hindi and Telugu languages. The rooms are a bit costly and hence the 4 stars instead of 5. For the same cost, I have stayed in better 3 star hotels in other cities. If the cost is reduced then it would be great value proposition.
