Hotel is in prime area. Good customer service, caring staffs, rooms are maintained clean, room service available daily. Breakfast is complimentary and decent. Staff at the Reception Sanjay is very friendly, helpful and takes good care of customers. Definitely worth for the money you pay in this location. Overall i had a good experience here.

They will allow you book and will cancel it at the last minute. I have called them 3 times during the day to confirm check-in time and they cancelled 15 mins before. They will offer rooms far from your original booking. Will not recommend this hotel.

Very elementary in an very premium location of we see in view of City. Basic of a room available but no exclusive or hotel feel. It's room with basic breakfast with very average quality. Water is provided only 1 litre for day!!! No provision on the floor to refill the bottle. Cost wise cannot pay more as it's sheer basic rooms.

Expired Milk powder packets were served. The tray itself was covered with dust. Spoon was not there in the tray, when I asked for no one showed up for 1 hour, so have to call the staff upstair. Housekeeping is not even a thing here it seems. As nobody comes for cleaning till 2pm. Room was not clean at check in. Found a web on the pillow. Bathroom: basin was dirty. Have to ask 3-4 times calling them for everything like you are begging not paying for a service, they don’t listen at once. They just ask for extra money for everything. When I complained the reception guy is asking me to calm down. All the good reviews are fake, once someone visit here will get to know
