The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

Never book this hotel, This hotel is just a big scam. They change room charge at the time of check in and deny check in if you refuse to pay extra amount. They also confiscate original ID proof instead of taking photocopy or scanned copy of Id proof. They also refused to change bedsheet when I pointed out that they were dirty. I checked out of room on Day 1 of 6 day stay. They didn't even confirm OYO that I have checked out and took charges for whole 6 days. This is the last time , I will book anything from OYO as they didn't help at all with situation.

They are charging more prices after payment and saying it is the fault of Oyo app. The hotel management were scamming people by increasing the prices later on. Initially I was asked to pay ₹1498 and I have paid that amount in the Oyo app, later it showed ₹490 is pending and even after paying that amount(490) it again showed that ₹184 was pending. Even the customer service didn't resolve the issue and I had to pay 2125 at tha hotel.

Absolutely dreadful experience at Happy Stays in Hyderabad! The check-in process was a nightmare, making us wait for a whopping 4 hours! The staff's behavior was appallingly rude and unprofessional. To top it off, the amenities were a disaster – non-functional Wi-Fi, TV, and even difficulties accessing basic services like sim cards. Save yourself the misery and avoid this hotel at all costs! 0 stars is too generous for this terrible place.
