This is good hotel in terms of service and cleanliness and staff also very cooperative. Good in terms of you have interview near to consulate. The main Draw back is the convenience because of cab drivers Monopoly. Even you try to book the cab they will accept also but later then cab drivers will ask you for double or triple money mainly when they notice you are with family. I faced this problem when I had to visit from hotel location to charminar and Rajiv Gandhi Air port. Please plan ahead one day before. Please book Uber Auto if you don't have luggage

Room were clean and had a king bed. They have a restaurant too which is good. We ordered all our food from there. Room could have some more things like iron. Also some extra pillow and bedsheet would have been great. Veg biryani was more like pulav. Paneer tikka, dal makhani, dal khichadi was really good. Breakfast in morning was good too

Everything was top notch with Casa. Its close proximity to the US Consulate helped me just walk to the consulate without any tension. Room service was very proactive. Their restaurant food is very tasty. Shravan Kumar amd Prasanna from the reception was very kind to meet all our requirements and have been very helpful. I will visit Casa again when I am back to Hyderabad. Thank You

Overall hotel is fine, though most of the rooms had no window and resturant food on ground floor was just ok. Also, beware, when you book a cab from hotel to airport, all the ola uber drivers will ask you to pay extra.

Hello, My stay was very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom was very clean with hot water arrangement. Not a single stain/ dirt in bathroom was observed. Only poor feedback i want to give is about lunch we ordered on 23rd Sept in Room. It was pathetic and tasteless. Chef does not know how the food should be cooked as per the Dish name. Veg manchurian was without any proper preparation and without any additional vegetables. Egg fried rice rice was very small and with lots of vegetables. (It cant be like that when normally Basmati long rice should be used without any vegetables. I asked for sauces and they sent only chilli garlic which was tasteless. Even soya sauce which is common was not sent. (Rating 1/5) Reception staff was warm and courteous. But i had requested for room till 7 pm which was not agreed and i paid half room rent for time till 5 pm From 12 noon. Location is very convenient when you have to visit Us consulate. Lots of eateries around. So except food, rest was fine. Thanks Ashish Salvi
